Why is the backpack on pre-order?
We use premium materials like Ortholite® foam and YKK hardware that require longer production timelines. Pre-ordering helps us invest in quality upfront and ensures you get the best early bird pricing.
When will my backpack ship?
The first production run is targeted for end of July 2025. We'll send regular updates and tracking directly from our founder, Patrick. If anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
What does the 60-Day Comfort Guarantee cover?
Take it on a trip, load it up, wear it all day. If the comfort doesn't live up to what we promised within 60 days of delivery, reach out and we'll make it right. No runaround, no fine print.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
We will repair or replace any manufacturing defects that make the product unusable. Only two things we will not cover are cosmetic blemishes and intentional damage.

What is Ortholite® foam and why does it matter?
Ortholite® is a cushioning foam used by Hoka, Brooks, and Nike in their running shoes, but engineered into our shoulder straps. It compresses less than 5% over its lifetime (this means the foam will last for the entire life of this bag without ever changing shape or comfort), is 95-100% breathable, and resists bacteria and odour (even after being caught in the rain or from your sweat). What you feel on day one stays the same years later.
What's the difference between MatteX and TPU?
Both water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and weigh about the same. MatteX has a soft matte finish (can attract lint, brushes off). TPU has a sleek, shinier finish. Same protection, different look. You choose.
What size laptop fits?
Up to 15 inches. Fleece-lined compartment, suspended 2 inches above the base, sealed with a YKK Aquaguard water-resistant zipper.
How do the sized hip belts work?
We offer 3 sizes to fit different body types. The belt is removable — hold it during airline weigh-ins to drop the bag's weight. When worn, it shifts most of the load from your shoulders to your hips.
Is the backpack carry-on approved?
At 30L (expandable to 35L), it fits most major airline carry-on requirements. Compresses to a compact profile for stricter airlines.
