Matte-X Fabric: Soft matte finish with a subtle raised diamond pattern. Water and abrasion resistant. The matte texture can pick up lint and hair, but it brushes off easily.
TPU Fabric: Sleek glossy finish with a subtle grid pattern. Water and abrasion resistant.
Pro Tip: rain cover doubles as protection for your shoulder straps in overhead bins (keeps them from getting snagged).

What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. Without Checkout+, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Note that this is only available for certain regions, and if this is available to you, it will be shown after you add the product to cart.
Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
How to Initiate Returns and File Claims
Starting a return is easy through our self-serve Returns Portal. To be eligible for initiating a return, your items must be returned within our 60-day return policy window in new condition. Items must have original tags attached, be in original packaging, and include any gifts included to be eligible for a return. -
VRSA guarantees the quality and performance of our products. Items with defects in materials and workmanship that render the product non-functional will be replaced or repaired for the product's useful life.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect, and UV degradation is not covered by our warranty.
Cosmetic issues are also not covered, i.e. scuffs, stains, scratches or faded fabric. -
